KINAKO-MOCHI



KINAKO is toasted soybean powder.
KINAKO MOCHI is sweet like desert, however we often eat it in place of rice or snack.
When I was child, I loved KINAKO-MOCHI the most!


INGREDIENTS -serves 1 persons-

MOCHI

1 piece

KINAKO(soybean powder)

25g

sugar

25g



PREPARATIONS

1. Mix KINAKO and suger

Mix toasted soybean powder,KINAKO, and suger in a bowl.


2. Heat MOCHI in a microwave oven

Heat MOCHI in a microwave oven to be soften. It takes about from 20 to 40 seconds.


3. Drain MOCHI in hot water

Drain soften MOCHI in hot water for a while.


4. Coat MOCHI in KINAKO

Put MOCHI into the bowl and coat on both sides with KINAKO powder.


5. Ready to eat!

It's ready to eat now!
